Fondue strudel
In November 2019, we held a joint workshop with the marketing and development teams of Emmi Fondue AG and our partner. Our objectives were as follows: to develop new ideas together and bring a new product to market.
One year later, in November, we successfully developed a new product – strudel filled with fondue cheese – which will be launched on the Migros catering market.
The recipe for success was certainly trust and interest, as well as open communication from both sides. If the chemistry of the collaboration is right, and if the development is agile and flexible, this is already an important milestone on the road to success!
Other varieties of strudel with cheese have already been developed, and these are in the pipeline
