GALA stands for a long tradition, consistent quality and typical Swiss values
The three portions of cream cheese in half a round box were first produced by Gerber & Co. AG in Thun in 1936.
Its characteristic pure taste, appealing freshness and creamy consistency are what make GALA so unique and unmistakeable. GALA – The Swiss fresh cheese triangles.
Alongside the «Nature» (plain) variety, we also produce garden herb, wild garlic and alpine chilli flavours according to the season.
